GOD SET–AFRICAN METAPHORICAL EVIL
In an Ancient African Bible mythological story, Amen Ra created equally and at the same time the divine female and male principles–the Great Collection of Neteru (Paut Neteru of Annu) of Shu/Tefnut, Nut/Geb, Isis/Osiris, Nephthys/Seth (Set). Set, a symbol, also illustrates metaphors’ symbolic usage in representing every human’s Lower Self animalistic nature, “Dark Side,” and Sadistic tendencies. Personified as an immensely strong evil force within any given human’s worst mindset, Set’s features–originating from the Brute Brain portion of the Ancient (Reptilian) Brain–stands for the Indifference/Hate/Evil/Sadism complex (IHES). These IHES actions of humans–so incrediably and accurately described tens of thousands of year’s ago, are seen in perhaps 40% of today’s world population. Set also personifies humans’ struggles with the 7 fetters (lust, ego, anger, fear, attachments, lies, and greed) and stopping at nothing to achieve these ends, which are at the core of Brute Brains’ generating Confusion, Trickery, and Deceit to achieve “Dark Side” goals. These predictable IHES displays earned Set the title of the “instigator of confusion”; the destroyer; and manifester of chaos–each incorporated into the African Bible’s conception of evil. Yet, Ancient African Sages never considered Set a devil or the source of evil itself (until the late Dynastic Period which was when Jewish people were living in Egypt). One reason is the traditional African World-view does not include a single deity which embodies the principle of evil or a devil. Instead, they explained Set’s actions as one of extreme Spiritual Ignorance (to ignore in order to give selective attention to a part or to something else lower than the ultimate or the Spiritual). They said Ignorance comes from humans using their Free Will to disconnect from the Ocean of Nuns flow throughout the Cosmos, with its contents of the Spiritual Elements and the Cosmic Organism. This disconnection–i.e. the denial of God–is deemed in African Tradition to be the greatest disease of the Soul and puts people on anti-Ma’at paths.
Set separated religion from the state & education; separated God from Nature; separated Man’s spirit from physical matter; separated the divine from the mundane; created the first empire-rule of a foreign power over others; and replaced the system of maintaining social order through moral cultivation with a policing system–as symbolized by the fragmenting of the body of Ausar. This is the reason “chopping up” the Good is Set, the Brute Brain, and Satanism’s signature. No one opposed him. Everyone, Supernatural Deities included, feared Set for he was invincible in war and violence–they being his chief means of settling differences and viewed as objects of his worship. Many even basked in the material pleasures with which he bought them off. They admired his power and ferocity which translated into respect, obedience, and cult followers. Yet, he is prone to being easily tricked by gifts that increase his possessions and appeal to his lecherous nature, especially by his lust for women (and men). Being tricked is easy because Set does Patterned Thinking for his competitive war practices which, in turn, confines him to mental encagement and enslavement.
Thus, by remaining intellectually stupid and dumb, he has no choice but to devise methods to control peoples’ minds, starting with intimidation for all who do not believe and do as they are told. He falsely believes he must follow his emotions because they validate and justify his reactions. Set’s mindset makes him act irrationally; paralyzes his capacity for good actions; causes him to take needless chances; provides justification (“I was forced to do…”) for evil; and refusing everything about the other or what the other offers if he dislikes that person. Set’s reactions of Dishonorableness includes committing crimes of Omissions (failing to do the right and decent thing) or Commissions (doing things against the honorable which ought not be done). Both encompass crimes against human’s and their rights, against other people’s property (e.g. “white collar” crimes); against animals and Nature + control people’s and society minds. Set minds, after raping people’s possessions, typically leave victims destitute and in disarray. For those who resist, it is an automatic next step to do Kill/Take/Destroy engagements. Set Brutes view what they do as perfectly normal because of lacking accountability to God and that gives them a permanently fixed Cloud occluding their indwelling Soul intelligence. Set deems dishonorableness & evilness as “right”. jabaileymd.com
