FEELINGS & PRE-BIRTH EMOTIONS
European definitions, concepts, and usage completely confuse the subject of Feelings and Emotions–most considering them synonymous. In its literature, the C13 word “Feeling” originally meant the act of touching and then, recorded by Chaucer (1369), “Emotion” (enjoyment, sorrow). Thereafter, “Feeling” has been used in very wide and loose senses–including the subjective aspects of experience; those indicating the condition of the experiencing individual (as contrasted with the objective aspects); those indicating the nature of the external environment; and in the colloquial aspect of feeling warmth or pain or hunger. Overall, Feeling is said to denote what is felt–whether through the body or by the mind alone. Others say it is a full consciousness embracing Sensation, Emotion, and Perception (e.g. of muscular movement, tension, or tone derived from the functioning of nerves connected with muscle tissue, skin, joints, and tendons–called Kinesthesia)–as distinguished from the intellect and the Will. A European dictionary defines Emotion as “all states of the mind from the slightest shift in mood to the most intense or violent seizures, with Feeling being similar to but more informal–but both referring to subjective or affective states of mind rather than to objective or rational attitudes.” However, my personal experiences and inferences from my research of Ancient African Philosophy give vastly different concepts–i.e. Feelings are not Emotions.
Ancient African Sages said that inside the Ocean of Nun are all “Virtual” (a boundless ‘Becoming Being’) Cosmic Organism creatures and creations–symbolized by being inside a cup resting on the bottom of a bowl of water. The water in that bowl represents the Spiritual Elements–i.e. Unconditional Love, Truth, Reality, and the Natural. Inside that cup the Cosmic Organism entities lack any form, are inactive, and yet they share the Spiritual Elements. All off-spring emerging out of the cup are Spiritually interrelated, no matter how remote in time or space–each staying in communication by means of Instincts. African Sages said “Instincts” are but another name for the manifestation of the Creative Will of God. The Cosmic Spirit, they added, releases Spiritual Energy which flows through an individual via Instincts, under the term “Feelings” (“a vibrating moving force”). Spiritual Feelings (“pure” natural Instincts)–which others call Spiritual Emotions–are of the Highest (Divinity) Self nature because they contain God’s messages. Their Certainty Knowledge is instilled in every human at birth. Its purpose is to maintain Cosmic Organism Integrity through its standards, filters, and guides. For the question: “Is this Thing for us [me as part of the Cosmic Organism] or against us?” Right answers for choosing, deciding, creating, or solutions are instantly made known. Since each human is part of the Cosmic Organism, each human possesses this feature at birth–a feature maintained as long as one remains in contact with the Humanity of the Cosmic Organism. Contact is lost by allowing “Clouds” to cover its power by Earth world distractions.
Pre-birth Spiritual Emotions are called “Animalistic” because humans, as part of the animal kingdom, share these with other animals. Ones pre-birth Emotions–obviously “Wild” (i.e. in an Illogical and Irrational sense)–are what allow any newborn to communicate with adults tuned into the newborn’s Spiritual Human Nature Needs or SHNN (e.g. for belonging) and for the newborn’s Physical Human Nature Needs or PHNN (e.g. what it takes for Survival, Self-Protection, and Self-Preservation). Thus, pre-birth Emotions stay in contact with the Cosmic Organism (via Instincts) as well as pave the way for the mother to get the newborn on the Spiritual Elements Track in starting out life on Earth. In the process, young children’s Spiritual Emotions naively serve to establish connections with people out of their common Humanity. Meanwhile, their Left Brain Intellect faculties are developing reasoning, morals, and common sense. Their intent is to guide ones maneuverings through a thriving life, checkered with Happiness, as well as to enable the assuming of responsibility to provide others with SHNN, PHNN, and social benefits. Ancient Africans, knowing SHNN resided in the Right Brain, perfected their own Right and Left Brains to an incredible degree but with their Right Brain orchestrating the Left Brain because it is in direct contact with the Cosmic Mind via true Intuitions–and not the way the word “Intuition” is used today. jabaileymd.com
