“AIR CASTLE” SUPERNATURAL CULTS
The etymology of the C17 Indo-European word “Cult” and its application to groups demonstrates its meaning of “to move around.” Its ‘moving around’ is in the sense of having a number of mutually exclusive characterizations largely dependent on the context in which the word is used. Originally, among primitive Europeans it paid homage to some power (a god or person) considered Supernatural—leading to external but secret rites and ceremonies performed in its honor. Since the object of a cult is not necessarily about a god, it is typically deemed distinct from religion’s theological aspects. More often, the aim is to fashion a radiated social power which can be received and embraced through proper ceremonies–but only by those fitted for it. Such powers could be ascribed to almost anything having assumed prominence in a people’s life. Around that, a particular doctrine is designed, based upon certain assumed attributes of their selected Supernatural power and emphasizing some philosophical “needy wants” not met otherwise. An ancient example was the Greek cult of Dionysus. Modern examples are primarily non-religious “Air Castle” Cults with assumed forms, symbols, and a dogma—all resting on an ancient “Non-rational” pagan worship Base. Yet, “Air Castle” Cults have always had external and superficial resemblances to certain established European religious aspects—as in adopting a similarity in terminology but giving it new content and meaning. The largest cults have self-interest political and economic concomitants.
Features of modern “Air Castle” Cults—which interlock and overlap with the religious cults–include: (1) sharp deviations from and strong rejection of Natural Cosmos Reality and Truth; (2) domination by a Contingent Being imbued with standards, filters, guides, and measures and ‘given voice to’ by a tiny number of secretly-living human General and Admiral leaders; (3) leaders trickling their orders down the organizational Military Ladder to the Lieutenants; (4) the top charismatic leader proclaiming himself to be a divine power while relaying orders to the highly charismatic leaders sprinkled throughout this chain-of-command who, in turn, claim to the “Troops” that they also have special access to the Contingent Being; (5) the cult’s comprehensive ideology exacting total commitment from its followers, including the commitment of time, energy, effort, money, and the “attitude” (e.g. superiority and hatred of all outsiders); (6) excessive aggressiveness in efforts to maintain conformity of all for purposes of mind control + using manipulative techniques of persuasion (particularly resorting to their fears), as opposed to conversions, in recruiting new members; (7) entertaining no other set of beliefs, for all others are deemed erroneous; (8) having beliefs represent their personal identity and meaning—both nonnegotiable since they declare that they alone have access to the best of life; (9) powering beliefs as links between ideas and actions while being driven by those links; and (10) member benefits accruing as intensive network support + comprehensive, compelling ‘Air Castle’ views of the world + means of relieving the frustrations and anxieties of modern life by viciously showing their superiority over non-cult members.
Supernatural “Air Castle” Cults’ charismatic leadership is based upon Satanism, so as to transcend all laws and customs unlike its own standards + having an identity and character resting on the negation and inversion of what pertains to the Natural Cosmos. In short, it is a leadership declaring it is the law, above which there is no other–a leadership less than one of inherent talents but instead is a complex relational and situational matter between leaders and followers. Success depends on the “Troops” granting that their leaders possess extraordinary gifts. Anyone challenging the leaders’ claims are usually isolated, expelled, or killed. Each cult’s intent is to be in charge of all External World aspects of people’s lives while touching on and controlling every fact of the adherents’ lives throughout the Military Ladder. Displayed to both “Troops” and victims is constant, proven intimidating ‘take-down’ power, so widely and strategically located as to defy accountability + an army of law-enforcement personnel to dominate all teaching, business, media, and political systems. Hence, in ‘playing out’ their deeply held beliefs to their logical conclusions is to be certain that it is about delusions–amoral, non-Caring relationships, arrogance, greed, and violence. jabaileymd.com
